Rowlands Castle Village Fair
Saturday 5th July 2025
Welcome to the Rowlands Castle Village Fair! Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Hampshire countryside, this annual event is a celebration of community, tradition, and good old-fashioned fun. As you join us, you’ll be greeted by the cheerful sounds of laughter, music, and the bustling of stallholders. Sited on our splendid village green, the fair serves as a focal point for locals to come together and welcome visitors to experience the warmth and camaraderie that defines this lovely place to live. The fairground is bedecked with colourful bunting and local stalls bustling with activity creating a fun, family orientated, atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.
Sponsors and Advertisers
As with every fair we are indebted to our sponsors and advertisers without whom we would not be able to stage the day as it is. The Committee would like to say many thanks to them all for their donations, raffle prizes, time and effort.

The Village Fair Committee would also like to thank the many people and companies who are involved every year behind the scenes, without whom the fair would not take place.
There are also a whole host of other people, too numerous to mention, who have given their time, effort and enthusiasm to make the day a success and to whom we would like to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’.
RCVF activities
The Rowlands Castle Village Fair is a not for profit organisation.
Each year we use the money we raise to support local causes such as Choices For Youth, Let’s Sing, Rowans hospice, local food banks and the Scouts and Football club.

We subsidise the fairground rides for the children. Once again the price per ride is still only 50p. Don’t forget to bring some cash!

And did you know that we also decorate the Christmas tree, which is kindly donated by Home Hardware?
We have also helped with the funding of the exercise area at the recreation ground, the refurbishment and expansion of the childrens play area, and the 2 defibrillators: one outside the village hall, the other near the bus shelter by the green.
Volunteers needed
Would you like to be one of those people ‘too numerous to mention’ and help out at this year’s fair?
We’re looking for volunteers.
Friday 4th July, from 4.00pm. Set up bunting, parking cones and other fixtures.
Saturday 5th July, from 7.00am until opening. Early morning set up; eg help stall holders erect their gazebos.
Sunday 6th July, early morning: take down and tidy up.
